🟣 TESLİMAT POLİTİKASI – Baniva®

Siparişleriniz, ödeme onaylandıktan sonra 1–3 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilir.
Kargo firması paketi teslim aldıktan sonra, teslimat süresi bulunduğunuz il ve bölgeye göre değişiklik gösterebilir.

Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde, kargo takip numaranız e-posta yoluyla sizinle paylaşılır.
Teslimat sürecinde herhangi bir sorun yaşarsanız, bizimle destek@baniva.com.tr adresinden iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

📌 Not: Resmi tatiller, hava koşulları veya kargo firmalarının operasyonel yoğunluğu gibi olağanüstü durumlar teslimat süresini etkileyebilir.
Bu durumlar Baniva®’nın kontrolü dışındadır.
